Born 4th March 1817 and baptised at St Philip Church in Sydney on  6th April 1817. There are so many John Thomas’s in this family and the Smith’s that sometimes they get mixed up. We do not know a lot about this John Thomas. We know he died in Queensland as his parents are listed on the death certificate. He died on 8th September 1864. We do not know in what part of that state he lived nor anymore about his life.
